"...A real winner." --Stereo Review AllMusic Review by Ron Wynn This was a companion package for two sets featuring celebrated opera singer Eileen Farrell doing pre-rock popular standards by noted composers. This set had the same musicians and arranger as the Harold Arlen set, was even issued in the same year (1989), and contained same amount of songs (14). There's little there to distinguish them; each was done in an impressive manner.
