"The Dance of Life" is an exciting meeting between Anette Wallin (Master Player of Swedish Folk Music) and the pianist Harald Svensson Anette Wallin is a "rikspelman" (Master Player of Swedish Folk Music) and singer and she was brought up in Halland, a western part of Sweden. She has a very strong confidence in her musical upbringing. There are many events in Sweden where Anette has been performing with her violin and her beautiful voice together with her father. She has won numerous prizes and awards and now she pass the tradition on and try to find new paths as well. The CD Livtets dans (The Dance of Life) is an exciting meeting between Anette Wallin and the pianist Harald Svensson from Gothenburg. Two superb musicians with dfferent backgrounds united in a creative interplay with no bounderies. This debut CD consists of Anette's own songs, ballades, folk songs fused with lyrical, improvisational piano chords. The lyrics are sincere and intimate. Baptize songs, love songs and folk songs are mixed in a very unique way and the result is a very personal record.
