The three works of Holbergs Days op.40 the father of Danish literature Sigurd Jorsalfar op.56 and his wonderful Lyric Suite op. 54 with four pithy pieces ending with March of the Dwarfs with that bang ending vie with the two part Peer Gynt suite op 46 and 55 for top honors.Nothing profound or intellectual just a phenomenal miniaturist who was also literary and theatrical leaving some great stuff for an under the radar Conductor to play with a Symphony Orchestra He truly made jos own and put on the map.
